POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a well-qualified CNC Operator to manufacture our line of custom closets, home office furniture, media systems, wall-beds, garage cabinetry, custom wood cabinetry, casework and commercial interiors cabinetry & casework/millwork. We seek motivated, organized, caring individuals who have a passion to provide outstanding craftsmanship.

JOB TITLE:

CNC Machine Operator

SCHEDULE:

Monday – Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pmCOMPENSATION:

Commensurate with Skills and Experience (Relocation Assistance for Well-Qualified Candidate).RESPONSIBILITIES (Includes, but not limited to):

Maintain a clean and orderly work area. Keep equipment clean and orderly in accordance to company practices and OSHA standards.

Read and review cabinetry plans and specifications.

Must be able to handle high value and high-quality finished goods and products with care.

Assist with final cabinetry assembly when needed.

Assist with fabrication when needed.

Check parts against drawings.

Perform routine CNC maintenance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

You MUST possess unwavering attention to detail and take great pride in your work.
5+ years’ experience as a CNC Machine Operator, specifically working with custom cabinetry and/or closet manufacturing.

Proficiency using shop equipment, i.e., panel saw, table saw, edge-bander

Experience with Cabinet Vision software (Preferred) or equivalent CAD Programming.

Possess exceptional time management, organizational, analytical, oral and written skills.

Above average ability to read and interpret blueprints to scale, understand CAD drawings, design drawings and specifications.

Must be professional and reliable.

Experience with complex, custom residential and commercial projects.

Able to meet demanding deadlines.

Able to follow instructions and take direction well.

Must be able to meet physical requirements – lifting up to 60 pounds.

Able to work and participate in a team environment and be a team player.

Exceptional ability in adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing numbers involving fractions and decimals.

Understanding of company product lines, machinery, assembly standards, and installation techniques.

Understands different wood species and characteristics.
