We are looking for forward‑thinking, experienced Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners who بھائی understand the magnitude of mental health needs and want to help transform care. Ideal candidates will have clinical autonomy while collaborating with psychiatrists and will create a flexible schedule using Brightside’s state‑of‑the‑art tools.

• State‑of‑the‑art tools and customizable EMR, integrated with artificial intelligence to prompt check‑ins, follow‑ups, and more

• Maintain all appropriate licensure to prescribe and dispense medications under applicable state and federal laws
• Have excellent grammar, attention to detail, and proficiency at writing medical information at a patient level
• Be technology‑savvy and excited about how technology can improve medical care
• Be pleasant, responsive, and willing to collaborate with our team
• Provide direct patient care via telemedicine (remote), including synchronous video consultations and asynchronous messaging
• Consistently respond to the clinical leadership team and be highly reliable to our members
• Evaluate patient records, make prescribing decisions, and provide medication‑related counseling as needed in a timely manner
• Complete charting within 48 hours of session
• Support a 72‑hour messaging response window for patients

• Active and clear APRN license
• Licensed Nurse Practitioner – Certified in Psychiatric & Mental Health (PMHNP Required)
• At least 2 years of autonomous experience practicing as a PMHNP, post‑graduate
• Previous experience working in an outpatient setting
• Telehealth experience and a high comfort level of working with technology
• Must be licensed in 4+ states (the more the merrier)
• 8+ hours of availability per week
• Experience working with adolescents is strongly preferred
• Opted in to Medicare/Medicaid
