An established private dermatology group in Delaware is seeking an experienced Dermatology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its team and split time between two well-established practice locations serving central and coastal communities.

This is a full-time opportunity for an NP or PA who is comfortable managing a broad mix of medical and surgical dermatology needs and wants to make a meaningful impact in communities with established patient demand. You'll have the opportunity to maintain a busy, productive practice while working a four-day schedule and benefiting from substantial clinical support throughout the day.

What You Can Expect

• Full-time schedule with a four-day workweek
• Medical and surgical dermatology
• Established patient demand
• Typical volume of 40+ patients per day, based on provider comfort level
• Minimum of three exam rooms per provider
• Three dedicated Medical Assistants supporting each provider
• EMA electronic medical record system
• Opportunity to practice alongside an experienced dermatology team
• Position split between two established locations in central and coastal Delaware
