Purpose/Objective of the Role:
- To assist Academic Assistant and Faculty with operations of the department and preparation for classes.
Tasks & Responsibilities :
- Update bulletin board
- Create and post flyers for upcoming events, attend events, assist with needs for lectures
- Scan documents and save to appropriate drive
Qualifications:
- Canva experience for making flyers, invitations, and other documents
- General office skills
- To gain experience in general office skills, become familiar with the working of an academic office, and develop relationships and networking skills.
NOTE: Employment sponsorship is not available for this position. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States.
Commitment: 8-10 hours per week
Term:
Spring 2027 temporary, part-time position
