- Manage asphalt paving projects from start to finish; ensure quality and safety of work; complete projects on time.
- Collaborate with project managers to create schedules, allocate resources, and organize projects.
- Train and supervise the paving crew, ensuring safe and efficient work.
- Observe work in progress and provide guidance on techniques and procedures to maintain quality.
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and regulations.
- Co‑ordinate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Leverage technical knowledge of asphalt paving to ensure project success.
