• Shift Hours: Wednesday Friday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM

• Call: Weekday call required

• Practice Setting: Outpatient clinic with inpatient call responsibilities

• Patient Load: patients/day

• Patient Population: Adults (18+)

• Support Staff: 1 APP, 1 RN, 1 MA

• Responsibilities:

  • Outpatient clinic visits

  • Rounding on assigned inpatients as needed

  • Complete consult notes by end of day

  • Respond to after-hours calls per rotation

  • Check and clear Epic In Basket daily

  • Place own orders (with RN support; no overriding ABN warnings)

  • Sign outpatient notes by end of day or next day

• Board Certification: Required (Oncology)

• Licensure: Active Ohio license or IMLC LOQ accepted

• DEA: Required

• CSR: Not required

• Minimum Experience: 1 year

• Facility Type: Outpatient clinic (with inpatient call)

• Bed Size: No inpatient beds at this site (patients admitted at larger system hospitals)

• EMR: Epic

• Special Procedures: None required
