Support to Education Department

Tasks & Responsibilities

Picking up and sorting mail
Copying
Scanning
General Office Work
Errands around campus when needed
Developing Promotional Materials, using graphic design skills
Assisting with Department Events

Qualifications/Skills

Proficiency in Office Software
Basic knowledge of Copiers/Scanners
Graphic Design Skills is a Plus (e.g. Canva)
Effective Communication Skills
Attention to Detail
Flexibility and Adaptability
Time Management
Education Majors/Minors are Preferred
