Purpose/Objective of the Role:
The Pathfinder Program is a supportive initiative designed to help students achieve their academic and personal goals. This program offers comprehensive support through various wraparound services and dedicated mentorship.

Student Worker – Achievement Mentor. Number of Openings:
3. Commitment:
Part Time (20 hours per week max). Term:
Spring 2026. Supervisor:
Jason Timpson. Employment sponsorship is not available. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States.

- Monitor study hall participation by tracking scholars' attendance and engagement in study hall sessions
- Weekly follow-ups with scholars
- Conduct regular check-ins to determine: how classes are going, class attendance and any missed classes, upcoming quizzes or tests, need for additional support, and any positive developments
- Update notes in the spreadsheet, including days connected with students and any useful information gathered during interactions
- Follow up with Jason or Anja; forward concerns and report scholars who are not responding to communication attempts
- Participate in additional tips for success:
One-on-One meetings, classroom follow-ups, study hall sessions, and direct intervention as needed
