You'll support the Lead Teacher in creating engaging programs, managing the classroom and ensuring a safe, stimulating environment. • Assist the Lead Teacher in implementing age-appropriate lesson plans
• Support children’s social, emotional, cognitive and physical development
• Prepare classroom materials and ensure safety and cleanliness
• Supervise and provide individualized support to children
• Assist in communicating with parents about their child’s progress and activities
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines
• Support routine child care tasks to promote a nurturing learning environment

• Very Competitive hourly wage
• Only 3pm-6pm ( but if you want to work more, we can accommodate)
• No nights, weekend and holiday schedules

• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education preferred
• Shows empathy and compassion for young children
• Works productively without supervision
