Fives Group is seeking a CAD Operator/Mechanical Designer for the Columbus, OH area.

• Drafting, detailing, and design of industrial equipment and mechanical apparatus.
• Updating red line drawings.
• Performing ECN (Engineering Change Notices).

Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or an Associate's degree in Drafting and Design Technology, with 2+ years of related experience.

• Specialized mechanisms.
• Machined weldments, structural components.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Organized, detailed thought process.
• Self-directed with excellent work ethic and strong time-management skills.
• Ability to work in a timely manner and accurately.
• Ability to share ideas and work with other professionals.
• Excellent written and verbal skills.
• 3D CAD design skills (Solid Works).
• 2D CAD design skills (AutoCAD).
• Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
