Job Summary – The Sr. Program Manager (AC Power) is responsible and accountable for cross‑functional management of new product development and sustaining projects. These projects range in complexity across functions, organizations, geographic regions, and cultures.

The Program Manager coordinates engineering, offering management, manufacturing, procurement, quality, order fulfillment, logistics, service, marketing, and sales groups to optimize time to market while monitoring project and product cost, schedule, and resources. The Program Manager must build credibility, establish rapport, and maintain communication with stakeholders at multiple levels.

• Facilitate cross‑functional planning and project execution, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.
• Monitor team schedules and coordinate activities on the critical path.
• Provide executive‑level program updates to senior management and executive sponsors.
• Develop reporting and tracking programs to assure projects stay on target for schedule and cost.
• Identify key issues and drive decisions to keep projects on schedule.
• Identify key risks and prepare contingency plans.
• Ensure projects follow the NPDI, New Product Development & Introduction process.
• Assist project team members as required.
• Lead continuous improvement projects.

• Bachelor of Arts in Business, Bachelor of Science in Engineering, or other technical degree; MBA is a plus.
• 8+ years as a Project Manager, preferably in a new product development environment (NPDI experience).
• Proven ability to lead others to common goals and accomplish tasks.
• Demonstrated competence in problem solving, data analysis, and project planning.
• Experience leading cross‑functional meetings and presenting to small groups in person and via conference call.
• Ability to quickly develop cross‑functional relationships to achieve business objectives.
• Process‑ and results‑oriented with proven ability to accomplish goals.
• Experience with 3‑phase power distribution or UPS systems is preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 applications, Microsoft Project, and Smartsheet.
