Resident Biller Christian Communities – Delaware, Ohio

Willow Brook Christian Communities is seeking a full-time Resident Biller for our reputable health care center in Delaware, Ohio. This individual will be responsible for billing and collection duties. Responsibilities include inputting demographic information into billing systems and of all monthly charges to be billed to resident. Biller will also generate residents’ statements (answering resident questions as needed), draft collection worksheets, input all depositions into accounts receivable system balance deposits with cash journal, and maintain census for assigned billing areas.

Biller will follow up with collection delays and keep CFO/Controller apprised of status.

Job qualifications include a high school diploma with previous billing or accounting experience. Additional relevant education, certificates and/or degrees beneficial. Experience in Medicare and Medicaid billing, Medicare Advantage plan knowledge, and an understanding of medical ICD-10 codes, UBO4/HCFA 1500 forms, revenue codes, and CPT billing codes is critical. Excellent communication skills, phone etiquette skills, and computer literacy (specifically in Excel, Word, Point Click Care, Quadax, PNM and DDSE) are vital components of this position.
