Home Helpers Home Care in Delaware, Ohio provides non-medical in-home care that helps older adults and others live safely and comfortably  are looking for an organized, people-focused Hiring and Operations Manager to take over caregiver recruiting and hiring and to support day-to-day operations.

• Recruit, screen, interview and hire caregivers, from the first posting to the first shift
• Run background checks, reference checks and onboarding so every caregiver is ready and compliant
• Coordinate caregiver training and keep caregivers engaged so they stay with us
• Support scheduling and last-minute coverage so clients are always cared for
• Help with billing, payroll and record keeping, and with new client intakes
• Work directly with the owner to improve how the agency runs

• 3 or more years of hiring and scheduling experience in home care or a similar field
• Experience with payroll, billing or Quick Books, or a strong willingness to learn
• Excellent communication skills and a calm, professional manner with caregivers and families
• Strong organization and follow-through, and comfort with HIPAA and client privacy
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Pay: $20-$26/hour based on experience
• Schedule:
  
  [Monday to Friday, hours], with [limited on-call coverage]
