School Physical Therapist | Delaware, Ohio

Make a meaningful difference as a physical therapist working with students in an educational setting near Delaware, OH. This contract role runs from ASAP through November, offering you the chance to deliver high-quality PT services for children and adolescents across multiple school locations. Youll play a vital part in helping students develop their functional abilities and participate fully in their educational programs.

What you'll need to bring:

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Ohio (OH PT)
• Experience providing PT services in school or pediatric environments
• Familiarity with Individualized Education Program (IEP) systems
• Ability to manage an itinerant schedule and travel between sites as needed
• Willingness to complete all required background checks and credentialing (including fingerprints)
• Strong communication and documentation skills to effectively collaborate in team meetings and maintain compliance

What you'll be responsible for:

• Providing direct PT services for students with a variety of needs, in accordance with their IEPs
• Traveling between multiple school sites within the district
• Evaluating student needs, developing therapy goals, and assessing progress
• Participating in IEP meetings, contract review processes, and maintaining accurate records
• Collaborating with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
• Managing a caseload of diverse ages and abilities, with flexible day-to-day expectations
