• Develop and maintain the supply plan within the SIOP process, balancing demand, supply, and inventory for the Power Management business.
• Translate demand plans into production and material requirements in collaboration with factories, buyers, and suppliers.
• Lead supply reviews to highlight risks, constraints, and mitigation plans; communicate trade-offs to stakeholders.
• Monitor and manage inventory health, including safety stock levels, excess, and obsolescence for assigned products.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and procurement to identify and address capacity or material constraints.
• Participate in monthly SIOP cycles, providing data and insights for supply, demand, and reconciliation meetings.
• Partner with finance and operations to align supply planning assumptions with budget and forecast cycles.
• Drive continuous improvement in planning processes, system parameters, and cross‑functional communication.
• Support new product introductions and product transitions, ensuring seamless integration into the supply plan.
• Track and report key supply metrics, including on‑time delivery, supply adherence, and inventory performance.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience in supply planning, SIOP/IBP, or production planning within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong understanding of end‑to‑end supply chain processes and SIOP principles.
• Experience with ERP and planning systems (e.g., SAP, Kinaxis, OMP, or equivalent).
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to work cross‑functionally and influence without authority.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and make sound decisions.
• APICS/ASCM CPIM or CSCP certification is a plus.
