We are hiring future area managers and want you to manage your future. The position offers an annual salary of $52K–$75K.

You will lead every aspect of the store: people, operations, sales, and profits. You will ensure the safety, training, and culture of your team and set an example that your crew follows. You must follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time, and expect the same from your crew.

The role is full‑time, salaried, and requires 5+ days per week, most weekends. It is a career‑building position with opportunities for promotion within the franchise and beyond (general manager, franchisee, or corporate operations).

• Manage all store operations, including customer service, sales, and delivery.
• Oversee safety, training, and cultural standards for all employees.
• Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, health and safety regulations, and brand standards.
• Supervise and mentor staff, maintaining a productive and positive work environment.
• Handle operations during 5+ days per week, with most weekends covered.

• Currently residing near store location
