Overview
We are seeking a skilled Press Brake Operator to join our dynamic team in Marion, OH. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining press brake machinery to produce high-quality metal components. If you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for precision manufacturing, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities- Set up and operate press brake machines to bend and shape metal parts according to specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders to determine job requirements.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and accuracy of finished products.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on press brake equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
- Document production data and report any discrepancies or issues to management.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machining or manufacturing is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Press Brake Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of metal fabrication processes and press brake operations.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with safety standards and practices in a manufacturing setting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
