We pay to reflect your prior applicable work experience and offer an additional $2,000 during your first six months of employment.

• Monday through Friday (6:00am – 2:30pm) with overtime and occasional weekends.
• Monday through Thursday (5:00am – 3:30pm) with overtime and occasional weekends.

• Construction of wood‑framed wall panels.
• Assembly of Red Built Open‑Web Trusses.
• Setup and operation of machinery such as a punch press, pinner, gluer, and/or drill.
• Setup and use of tools such as circular saws, nail guns, and staple guns.
• Assembly of various construction accessories for framing packages.
• Reading product design paperwork and plans.
• Inputting information into computers to track material and work orders.
• Assist with Spanish‑to‑English translation during meetings and onboarding.

Our Delaware manufacturing facility builds engineered wood trusses, constructs wood‑framed wall panels, welds structural steel frames, and assembles job packages for direct delivery to construction sites.

We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable full‑time Production Associates. Previous construction and/or production experience is preferred but not required.

• Basic tape‑measure reading.
• Strong communication skills and relationship building.
• Ability to work overtime when scheduled.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED (not required, but a plus).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Reliably punctual and ready to work.

• Walking or standing for prolonged periods.
• Bending, squatting, and stooping occasionally.
• Manual and finger dexterity required for daily duties.
• Work near moving mechanical parts.
