From machine operators to maintenance technicians to quality inspectors, our teams help protect what matters most—making everyday life safer, smarter, and more sustainable.

• Work only 15 days per month with our unique 2-2-3 schedule.
• Work:
  Monday & Tuesday – Off:
  Wednesday & Thursday – Work:
  Friday, Saturday, & Sunday.

• 12‑hour static shifts (Nights – 8:00 pm – 8:00 am).

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair plastic extrusion lines and blown film machines.
• Visually inspect, test, diagnose, and troubleshoot faulty equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance on all plant equipment. Install new or repaired parts to keep machines running at a high standard.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and schematic prints (electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical) to perform required maintenance and service.
• Work effectively and efficiently with production and senior leadership to solve problems.
• Work as a team player to reach consistent output goals.
• Maintain a safe workspace and commit to following CNG’s Safety Mission.
• Use office programs, specifically Excel.
• Utilize Maintenance Software System (MVP).

• Ability to work 12‑hour shifts and lift up to 65 pounds.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort with measuring tools.
• Strong communication skills and positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a technical environment.
• Ability to pass pre‑employment drug screening.
• Driven team‑player who is eager to learn.
• Two years of technical school training in Industrial Maintenance, Machine Repair, Automated Systems, or other similar skilled trades is desired, along with 2 or more years of verifiable work experience in related fields.
• Experience with PLCs, drives, and industrial controls is desired.
• Work schedule flexibility includes 12‑hour shifts and some weekends with the possibility of on‑call status.
• Has a career‑oriented mindset aiming to grow personally and professionally.
• A sound decision‑maker and problem‑solver who is ready to go above and beyond.
• A strong understanding of our safety mission and its importance.
• Demonstrated skill in organizing work and setting priorities.

• 2‑5 years of plastic extrusion experience.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Previous manufacturing experience.

• Wages ranging from $25.00+ per hour, dependent on experience.
• Additional $2.50 per hour night shift differential.
