• Develop and implement a comprehensive Preventive Maintenance Program for all machinery.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, and CNC equipment.
• Maintain detailed maintenance history records, including parts used and repairs completed.
• Diagnose issues across CNC routers, turret machines, punch presses, brakes, and shears.
• Operate forklifts and scissor-lifts (certification/training provided if needed).
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and contractors to ensure timely repairs.
• Support a culture of safety, following all company, state, and OSHA regulations.
• Promote continuous improvement using lean manufacturing principles.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support team operations.

• 2-3 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of mechanical, CNC, and electrical systems.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work flexible hours.
• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.
• Valid drivers license.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and solid computer literacy.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
• Lean manufacturing experience is preferred.
