Tranquility Hospice is seeking a dedicated LPN to join our full-time team in Delaware, OH and surrounding counties. You will provide compassionate hospice nursing, coordinate with the RN/Case Manager, and support patients and families on a Friday–Sunday weekend schedule with 2nd & 3rd shifts.
This role requires OH licensure, ability to administer medications, travel up to 100% of the time, and strong communication and documentation skills.
