Role
Summary:
Provide professional nursing care to intensive and critical care patients by assessing health status, developing individualized care plans, implementing nursing interventions, and evaluating patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Assess patient condition and nursing needs in intensive and critical care settings.
- Plan, implement, and adjust individualized care based on patient response and clinical findings.
- Deliver direct nursing care while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
- Delegate nursing tasks appropriately to support care delivery.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and optimize outcomes.
- Participate in quality, safety, and process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills
Strong clinical assessment and critical care nursing skills, ability to develop and evaluate individualized care plans, effective communication and teamwork, sound judgment for delegation, and commitment to patient safety and continuous improvement.
