• Welcome customers to our stores with greetings and top‑tier customer service.
• Serve up quality food and beverages made to exact customer specifications in a safe, fast and friendly manner.
• Mentor and coach your team to prioritize tasks and work together as a cohesive unit.
• Maintain inventory, ensuring products are ordered, merchandised, rotated and readily available for customers.
• Keep the store, kitchen and dining areas clean and organized.

• Ability to multi‑task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist another person in lifting 40 pounds.
• Must be 18 years of age or older (VA state law requires Supervisor’s to be 21 years of age or older for certain tasks).
