We are seeking a results‑driven Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives for our incontinence products within the Homecare market. This role is responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and developing strategic partnerships with homecare dealers, distributors, and other key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will combine strong sales skills with a deep understanding of the healthcare and homecare sectors.
* This Account Executive must live within the Midwest territory.
Key Responsibilities Market Development- Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities within the homecare channel.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share for incontinence products.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform business strategies.
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships with homecare dealers, distributors, and care providers.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements in line with company objectives.
- Meet or exceed sales targets through effective territory management and proactive selling.
- Deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions to dealers, distributors, caregivers, and staff.
- Work collaboratively with marketing and clinical support teams to implement new product launches and promotional campaigns.
- Develop and maintain robust sales pipeline.
- Maintain and grow existing customer base.
Report regularly on sales performance, pipeline status, and market opportunities.
Required Qualifications- Proven track record in business development or sales within healthcare, homecare, or medical products.
- Experience with incontinence, wound care, or personal care products strongly preferred, but not required.
- Strong network within the homecare industry (dealers, distributors, providers) preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage a large territory, and some overnight travel as required.
