Sales Focus Inc., a sales outsourcing pioneer founded in 1998, is hiring full‑time Outside Sales Representatives for our client Constellation Energy.

Constellation Energy is a leading energy company in the United States offering businesses a variety of natural gas and electricity plans. Their goal is to empower businesses to make informed, smart energy decisions that best meet their needs and budget.

As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be dynamic and results‑driven, driving sales growth outside the typical office environment. You will interact directly with potential customers to understand their needs and present appropriate products, services, or solutions. This is a full‑time, face‑to‑face, B2B sales position offering base pay and uncapped commission.

• Base pay plus uncapped commission
• Earning potential of $75,000+

• Outside sales experience & energy knowledge preferred but not required
• Willing to drive from business to business; must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

• Full‑time – 8 hours a day
• Monday to Friday with weekend work available
• Typical schedule 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, but can be flexible
