This position reports to:

Strategic KAM - eOEM__In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the Sales organization and customers throughout the sales process by adapting ABB’s products with customer applications to meet their requirements/specifications. Each day, you will select optimized products and technology for adaptation, prepare relevant documentation, and serve as a key technical resource for the assigned area. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying and cultivating new business opportunities by proactively prospecting, networking.

This role is contributing to the Electrification Division in the United States You will be mainly accountable for:

Offering technical advice and solutions on inquiries from customers/channels/Sales Specialists about ABB products/systems/applications.

Ensures the resolution of customer issues by coordinating with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain Management, and other internal and/or external teams.

Maintain and organize customer data, update contact details, and log interactions inside the Salesforce CRM.Maintains proactive communication with the sales team and other internal functions and provides them with all relevant information to ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in electrical industry strongly preferred

Bachelors degree in Electrical or Mechanical engineering or related field

Customer-focused mindset with proven ability to respond quickly to customer needs.

Strong oral, written communication skills and presentation skills.

Professional fluency in English required. Conversational or proficiency in Spanish a strong plus.

Excellent interpersonal skills.

Strong technical application, take-off, and proposal development skills desired.

Ability to utilize analytical software and sales tools preferred.

Ability and willingness to possess and maintain a valid driver's license.

Ability to travel 5-10% as needed.
