• Complete award‑winning training to learn the skills and knowledge required to serve customers.
• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
• Follow a route schedule and daily operation schedule within an assigned territory, ensuring timely and safe arrival at each customer’s location.
• Operate a company vehicle safely and maintain cleanliness of the vehicle and equipment.
• Conduct yourself with utmost professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.
• Act as a problem solver for each customer, listening with empathy and recommending efficient and innovative solutions.
• Meet customers in their businesses or homes to explain actions taken, ensure satisfaction, and discuss additional services that give peace of mind.
• Inspect the interior and exterior of the customer’s property.
• Communicate with customers to explain actions taken and discuss additional services.
• Complete all required service‑related documentation on a handheld device for speed and accuracy.

• No experience required – we train you to be a Pro.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid).
• Ability to work independently in the field, manage route‑based assignments, and interact with customers inside businesses and homes.
• Ability to safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc., including climbing or balancing and stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) such as an OSHA‑compliant respirator.
• Willingness to work in different types of weather conditions.
