- Complete award‑winning training to learn the skills and knowledge required to serve customers.
- Prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
- Follow a route schedule and daily operation schedule within an assigned territory, ensuring timely and safe arrival at each customer’s location.
- Operate a company vehicle safely and maintain cleanliness of the vehicle and equipment.
- Conduct yourself with utmost professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.
- Act as a problem solver for each customer, listening with empathy and recommending efficient and innovative solutions.
- Meet customers in their businesses or homes to explain actions taken, ensure satisfaction, and discuss additional services that give peace of mind.
- Inspect the interior and exterior of the customer’s property.
- Communicate with customers to explain actions taken and discuss additional services.
- Complete all required service‑related documentation on a handheld device for speed and accuracy.
- No experience required – we train you to be a Pro.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid).
- Ability to work independently in the field, manage route‑based assignments, and interact with customers inside businesses and homes.
- Ability to safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity.
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc., including climbing or balancing and stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
- Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) such as an OSHA‑compliant respirator.
- Willingness to work in different types of weather conditions.
- Competitive annual earnings $50,000 to $60,000 with commission opportunity.
- Company vehicle with gas card upon route assignment.
