Maintenance Technician - Part Time
Location:
Riverside Landing at Delaware Pl (63 units Senior Community), Delaware, OH
Position type:
Part-time; on-call support for emergencies.
Pay: $20+ per hour (starts at 20+; rate depends on experience).

Summary Of Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service to all current and future residents.
- Complete resident work orders within 24‑48 hours.
- Perform routine maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry systems.
- Assist with court‑ordered set‑outs when necessary.
- Turn over units between residents (3‑5 days per company standards).
- Maintain grounds and curb appeal.
- Prioritize and handle multiple tasks; be responsive to on‑call emergencies.
- 1+ years of related maintenance experience.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- HVAC training and certification preferred.
- Commitment to regular attendance (may include weekend and overtime hours).
- Ability to be “on‑call” for emergencies.
- Ability to receive, manage, and close work orders via smartphone applications.
