Debrand is currently looking for team members for a full‑time position. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, processing materials based on customer needs, following quality guidelines for quality sortation projects, and working with heavy machinery such as balers and conveyors. • Assist with unloading and receiving customer product.
• Open bales, crates and other containers.
• Process materials for recycling as per standard protocols, including removing irritants (hangtags, rubber bands, polybags, etc.) or quality inspecting for alternative solutions.
• Sort used apparel according to conditional grading criteria.
• Operate a forklift (preferred).
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and work stations neat; sweep, dust, and mop. Organize warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times.
• Wear the proper safety equipment (steel‑toe shoes & high‑visibility vest).

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1‑2 years of previous warehouse experience preferred.
• A valid Driver’s License.
• Forklift experience is preferred.
• Good communication, organizational, time‑management & mathematical skills.
• Dependable and reliable.
• Inventory, equipment maintenance, data entry and computer skills may be required.
• Physical demands include handling objects weighing 10‑20 lbs regularly and occasionally lifting objects that weigh more than 100 lbs; regularly required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; occasionally required to sit, climb, or balance.
• Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust and focus.

Salary

Starting at $19.45/hr.

Expected Hours
: 40 per week.
