Restaurant Manager, Fast Food / Food Service
Location: North Hills
Carl's Jr. is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the Restaurant Manager and support the management team in delivering the restaurant's business plan. You will supervise Crew Members, train staff, and help manage scheduling and costs to maintain quality and efficiency.
Flexible hours including mornings, evenings and weekends are required. A Food Handler's Certification is required and restaurant experience is preferred; competitive pay and advancement opportunities are available.
