Job Summary:

The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to execute tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The FAST Team Member interacts with customers and Team Members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Maintain attendance, work varied shifts, communicate proactively with supervisors, complete planograms and resets accurately, maintain visual standards, perform measurements, complete layout initiatives, cycle counts, hang signage, assemble merchandise, perform recovery, and deliver excellent customer service following GURA principles.

Required Qualifications: Prior retail or merchandising experience required. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding preferred. Must be 18+ and have a valid driver’s license. High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.

: Strong communication, problem-solving, basic computer skills, interpersonal skills, self-direction, and ability to complete tasks independently.

Working Conditions: Mostly indoor with moderate noise, shifts typically 4-8 hours, travel required, promote safety, and work on hard surfaces with adequate lighting and temperature.

Physical Requirements: Ability to travel, lift/move merchandise up to 50 pounds, stand, kneel, reach, operate equipment, and communicate effectively. This position is non-sedentary and requires stamina and safety awareness.
