Job Summary

The High Volume FAST Team Member is responsible for working as part of the Field Activity Support Team (FAST), primarily in a single store, to own and execute “start to finish” tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, physical inventories, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The role involves interacting with customers and team members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The role requires being available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented, fulfilling the following:

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts Monday through Thursday, unless otherwise dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with the District FAST Supervisor regarding work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms, resets, and store layout initiatives accurately and timely.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards and perform store-specific measurements.
• Complete inventory counts and cycle counts accurately.
• Perform price changes, signage hanging, and fixture assembly.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA:
  Greet, Uncover Needs, Recommend Solutions, Add Value, and Appreciate.
• Ensure a differentiated shopping experience.
• Provide peak coverage as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Experience:

Prior retail or merchandising experience required. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding preferred. Must be 18+ years old.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read, write, and count is essential.

Skills & Abilities
Strong communication, problem-solving, basic computer skills, interpersonal skills, and self-direction are preferred.

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements
Indoor and outdoor environments, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, move merchandise, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift are necessary.
