• Creates proposals based on identified problems with homes and buildings after inspection.
• Closes proposals generated in the home.
• Follows up on all unsold proposals.
• Attends all training and meetings.
• Performs general data entry.
• Responds efficiently to employees and homeowners regarding status of multiple documents and projects.
• Interacts effectively with employees and homeowners.

• Previous sales experience.
• Valid state driver’s license.
• Ability to obtain and hold an MHIC license.

• Previous construction industry experience.
• Computer/technologically savvy.
