• Assist customers in finding the best mattress and bedding solutions using our diagnostic system and product expertise.
• Provide a relaxed, low‑pressure, educational shopping experience focused on improving customers’ sleep quality.
• Maintain the showroom floor, lift up to 75 pounds, and help customers load their purchases onto vehicles.
• Utilize tablets, mobile point‑of‑sale (POS) systems, and the bedMATCH system to complete sales transactions efficiently.
• Present and promote company offers, upsell accessories, and correlate customer needs with product recommendations.

• Availability to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, most holidays, and all weekends; typical 4–5 day week with 40–55 hours.
• Bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish or other languages) is a plus.
• Physical ability to lift 75 pounds and assist customers with product loading.
• Strong team‑oriented attitude, high energy, and enthusiasm.
• Enjoy meeting and interacting with customers and understanding their needs.
