• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site‑specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

• Control access to the location by verifying credentials and authorizations for employees, visitors, and contractors.
• Monitor entry and exit points to help deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activities.
• Observe and report security‑related incidents, hazards, and/or unusual circumstances to appropriate Allied Universal personnel and client contacts.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the premises, including the business and perimeter areas, to help deter security‑related risks.
• Provide customer service by responding to inquiries and assisting employees, visitors, and contractors while upholding site‑specific policies and procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, following emergency response protocols as directed.
• Maintain detailed and accurate logs and reports of daily activities, access control events, and security‑related incidents.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with Allied Universal management, client representatives, and emergency responders as required.

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
