We’re hiring Production Crew Members to join our fast‑growing, hands‑on team. If you're reliable, hardworking, and eager to learn, this is your chance to start a rewarding career.

• Assist with foundation stabilization and structural repair, including wall bracing, pier systems, and crack repair
• Support crawl space encapsulation projects to improve structural integrity and indoor air quality
• Perform concrete lifting and leveling to fix uneven sidewalks, driveways, and slabs

• Prepare and coat garage floors using polyaspartic flooring systems
• Install custom storage, cabinets, and organization solutions

• Perform exterior soft washing for homes, roofs, and driveways using eco‑friendly, low‑pressure systems
• Install, maintain, and remove professional‑grade holiday lighting displays, including custom‑cut lights, wreaths, and garlands

• Construction experience preferred
• Ability to enter a crawlspace, lift up to 75 pounds, walk, climb a ladder, kneel, and crawl
• Strong listening, closing, and follow‑up skills
• A valid driver’s license and a safe driving record
• DOT Preferred (Not Required)
