Telum Corporation is seeking a Swim Coach / Instructor to support NSW candidate preparation programs at NSW Assessment Command – East. This individual will run structured, performance-focused swim training for SEAL and SWCC candidates.

• Conduct daily (Mon–Fri) 2-hour swim training sessions at JEB Little Creek.
• Develop and implement a NSW-specific swim training curriculum.
• Track and report individual candidate progress, times, and improvements.
• Ensure participants complete required paperwork (information sheets, hold harmless forms).
• Serve as first responder in accordance with venue medical procedures.
• Provide monthly reports of all swim sessions and candidate performance to the Program Manager.

• Current WSI certification, CPR/First Aid, and Lifeguard credentials.
• Ability to coach combat-style swimming (not competitive swimming).
• Strong instruction, communication, and safety management skills.
• Ability to work independently and maintain structured daily training schedules.
