Scalar zoekt een Financieel Projectadministrateur voor de afdeling Administratie in Delft. Je beheert de financiële administratie rondom projecten, controleert inkoopfacturen, stelt verkoopfacturen op en verstuurt facturatieverzoeken. Daarnaast verwerk je aanmeldingen en contracten voor onderaannemers en onderhoud je contacten met projectteams.
Je werkt nauw samen met Projectmanagers en uitvoerders, controleert afrekenstaten en zorgt voor correcte dossiers en documenten.
