Prefound zoekt een Uitvoerder Onderhoud & Renovatie om onderhouds- en renovatieprojecten te realiseren. Je bewaakt planning, kwaliteit en veiligheid en stuurt voormannen en vakmensen aan, terwijl je als aanspreekpunt voor de opdrachtgever op locatie fungeert.
De projecten vinden vooral plaats in bewoonde woningen. De functie vereist een mbo+ niveau in Bouwkunde of Vastgoedonderhoud, met brede bouwkundige kennis en ervaring in planmatig onderhoud en/of groot onderhoud.
