At De Delftse Tandartspraktijk we are looking for a representative receptionist who welcomes our patients every day and knows how to put them  you looking for a new challenge and would you like to work within a fast growing organization in the heart of Delft? As a receptionist, you are an important link between the patient and our practitioners. You are the business card of our dental practice. In addition to working at the reception desk, you will be involved in administrative tasks to ensure everything runs as smoothly as possible. You are someone who is easy going and can easily assist our patients with any questions or requests they may have.

You will be responsible for scheduling patients for appropriate treatments. In addition to answering the phone, you are responsible for welcoming our patients who walk into the practice. You are a people person and reassure patients when necessary.

Furthermore, you proactively take on other tasks and you are all-round busy. At De Delftse Tandartspraktijk you are not only a receptionist, but an important part of the daily routine.

• You have at least 2 years of work experience as a receptionist(e) at a dental practice
• You have experience with Exquise
• You are communicatively strong
• Dutch and English language (fluent)
