The successful candidate will conduct research within the EU-funded E2

Packman project on advanced electronic packaging. Location will be in Delft, as a team member of ECTM, in close collaborations with NL and EU industrial partners.

• Strong research background in more of the following: electronic packaging, heterogeneous integration, thermal management, reliability, multi-physics and multiscale simulation.
• Demonstrated publication record in high-quality international journals and conferences.
• Experience working in multidisciplinary and international research environments.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and scientific writing skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to collaborative research teams.
• Track record of supervising MSc and PhD students and participation in teaching activities.
• Good command of spoken and written English.

• Duration of contract is 2 years Temporary
• A job of 38-40 hours per week.
• Salary and benefits are in accordance with the Collective Labour Agreement for Dutch Universities.
