Je werkt organisatiebreed, coacht op kwaliteit en stuurt onderwijsontwikkeling mee. Een HBO-opleiding plus praktijkopleider-opleiding (of bereidheid) zijn vereist, met een 32-urige werkweek beloond met een vaste aanstelling.
