Responsibilities

Lead and mentor the R&D team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement

Partner with product management to shape new product concepts aligned with customer needs

Manage technology projects from conception to proof of concept, ensuring feasibility, quality, and cost targets

Drive cross‑functional development activities and maintain project schedules and budgets

Present progress and insights to senior leadership, ensuring alignment with strategic goals

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physical Sciences, or related field

8+ years of leadership experience (with direct reports)

5+ years in electromechanical product development or engineering (3+ in direct product development)

Strong leadership and project management skills (PMP a plus)

Broad understanding of design, manufacturing, and product use

Fluent in English;
Dutch is an advantage
