S[&]T in Delft is looking for a MAIT Lead Engineer to oversee the Manufacturing, Assembly, Integration, and Testing processes for high-reliability space optical systems. You will lead the MAIT strategy and work closely with engineering teams to ensure seamless product development.
This role requires strong communication skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a rigorous approach to documentation. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field is essential.
