Position: Project Manager | Drone in a Box
We are seeking a hands‑on Medior/Senior Project Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will take ownership of high‑stakes, game‑changing projects that push the engineering boundaries of unmanned systems. You will work with projects in the Defence, Security and Agriculture sectors. You will guide multidisciplinary teams to collaborate effectively and ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest standard.

You will work in close collaboration with management to ensure Tective is able to deliver what it promises.

Key Responsibilities   Lead project planning and contribute to execution.
Align customer expectations with company goals.
Represent Tective’s business interests in multinational consortiums.
Identify and mitigate technical, operational, and compliance risks.
Facilitate communication between engineering, testing, production, finance, and legal teams.
Monitor budgets, resources, and project timelines, and make adjustments as needed.
Maintain project documentation and administration.
Track progress through time declarations, updates, and meetings.
Ensure projects stay on track and meet milestones.
Provide weekly status updates to the management board.
Required

Skills & Qualifications   Proven project management experience, preferably in the defense or agricultural sector.
Thorough understanding of engineering and production processes.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Hands‑on experience with workshop tools and measurement instruments.
Problem‑solving mindset with strong attention to detail.
Ability to lead and guide multidisciplinary teams.
Ownership mentality and demonstrated leadership skills.
Ability to explain technical issues to non‑technical stakeholders.
Strong issue resolution skills.
Proficiency in English and Dutch.
Willingness to travel abroad for international projects.
Nice‑to‑Have   

Experience with unmanned systems.
Knowledge of compliance standards in defense or industrial sectors.
