We are seeking a Field Engineer to play a pivotal role in deploying, integrating, testing, and supporting advanced sensing and embedded technology solutions for customers operating in demanding environments.
This is an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of deep‑tech innovation, collaborating with multidisciplinary engineering teams while engaging directly with international customers and end users.
The OpportunityAs a Field Engineer, you will be responsible for transforming advanced technology into robust, operationally deployable solutions. You’ll lead system integrations, support customer deployments, conduct field testing, and provide valuable feedback that drives future product development.
You will act as a key technical interface between customers and engineering teams, ensuring solutions perform reliably in real‑world conditions.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering or embedded systems or mechatronics or computer science.
- 3+ years’ experience in systems integration, field engineering, testing, or deployment engineering.
- Experience working with embedded systems and hardware/software interfaces.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
- Experience managing technical customer interactions.
- EU/NATO citizenship.
- Embedded systems and hardware/software interfacing (networking and system integration).
- Linux experience.
- Affinity with sensor technology or defense applications is an advantage.
Delft, Netherlands
Regular international travel required – starting at 15‑20% and growing to 40%.
Opportunities to work in operational and challenging environments worldwide.
Pay circa €5,000‑€6,500 + 8% holiday pay + equity.
