- Working on new heat pump systems
- Designing, building, and testing prototypes
- Setting and refining design requirements
- Hands‑on development and troubleshooting
- Managing BOMs and supporting development timelines
- Updating and maintaining engineering documentation
- Working closely with suppliers and manufacturing partners
- 5+ years of experience in development teams for hardware products
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field
- Hands‑on engineering mindset with strong problem‑solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced startup environment
- Experience in the development of heating appliances
- Experience with HVAC, refrigeration, or thermal systems
