About the role
Working on new heat pump systems
Designing, building, and testing prototypes
Setting and refining design requirements
Hands‑on development and troubleshooting
Managing BOMs and supporting development timelines
Updating and maintaining engineering documentation
Working closely with suppliers and manufacturing partners
About you
5+ years of experience in development teams for hardware products
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field
Hands‑on engineering mindset with strong problem‑solving skills
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced startup environment
Bonus Points
Experience in the development of heating appliances
Experience with HVAC, refrigeration, or thermal systems
