We are a steadily‑growing scale‑up with an ever‑expanding worldwide customer base, providing photon detection systems to a wide range of customers and research institutes.
In Short  We design and manufacture superconducting nanowire single‑photon detectors (SNSPDs) used by scientific and industrial laboratories around the world.
What You Will Be Doing  As a Technical Service Engineer you will install, service and support our SNSPD systems both remotely and on‑site, engaging with users, gathering feedback, troubleshooting, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance customer experience.
Your main tasks include:
Installation and servicing of SNSPD systems worldwide.
Building strong relationships with research laboratories.
Gathering feedback during installations.
Collaborating with internal teams for continuous improvement.
Providing troubleshooting and technical support remotely or in person.
Managing installation and service projects.
Staying current with advances in quantum technology and fiber optics.
Contributing to a vibrant and collaborative work environment.
Your Profile and Requirements   Proactive and technically savvy.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in physics or engineering.
Exceptional communication skills.
Full professional proficiency in English.
Willingness to travel as required.
Strong project management skills.
The following working experiences are a plus:
Familiarity with fiber optics.
Experience in quantum optics, cryogenics, and vacuum systems.
