You will work in a tight development loop where simulation, manufacturing and measurements continuously improve product performance. Experience in quantum computing is not required.

Your key responsibilities will include: RF Design & Simulation
Perform 3D EM simulations of next-generation interconnects and transitions
Design microwave filters and attenuators
Perform microwave budget and cascade analysis
Validate simulations against measurements
Shape RF architecture of next-generation products
Technical Ownership & Collaboration
Review third-party simulation models and measurement data
Support customer projects with RF expertise
Actively collect, analyze and translate feedback from customers, partners and suppliers, inside and outside of Europe
Define product roadmaps and specifications
Contribute to product documentation
Cross-functional collaboration
What you bring 5-10 years of working experience of which at least 4+ years working as RF / microwave expert
Knowledge of transmission lines, S-parameters, matching, filters and attenuators
Experience with HFSS, CST or similar 3D EM tools
Experience correlating simulations with RF measurements
Collaborative mindset and good English
Bonus points for Cryogenic or low-temperature RF
Quantum computing signal chains
Flexible circuits or RF connectors

Working Environment You will work from Delft Circuits’ headquarters in Delft, collaborating with R&D, Product Management, Manufacturing and laboratory teams.
